Incredible victory today as my team won against Lielupes (with his 3 big guys 100k+ ).
Cos' I was sure to lose, I tried a very ol' tactic o' mine, aka... not Princeton but Run&Gun, a tactic I never use...

The thing is that my tactic did not work as I shot 7/30 at 3 pts (vs 15/30 for my opponent !!!). I lost, as as usual the battle for rebound, It was even for the 2 pts %.
BUT :
- I won the stl/to : 9/8 for me, but 4/14 for Lielupes
- I had more FT than Lielupes : 25/29 vs 16/20.

Finally, I won by 3 pts.

(I really don't understand how it's possible, but it gave me a big smile :D )

Naturally, I checked this out and it appears that L. Torsson's (Hårdboll) triple-double was the 7th in overall of the 4 seasons of HGL. I will collect this information, if applicable, to the gameday performance posts in the future. Here is the summary for all seasons (all triple-doubles came in regular season and included points, rebounds and assists):

[...]

Thank you LennuK., I'm glad we're going to have another interesting statistical category that you'll keep track of - as we can see, if my calculations were correct (414 RS matches so far), triple-doubles are quite a rare treat as we only have 7 of them during all these matches!

Thanks, Wagner. Last time we met (HGL Season 2), I played a Patient offense because...well, I had to! I decided to play it again last night just to see how much better my team is now than then. We were highly competitive for the first half before your boys opened up the game in the third. Last time we met, you had a 29-point lead at the end of the 3rd Q and went on to win by 41-points. This time round you had a similar lead at the end of the 3rd Q and my boys rallied to win the 4th Q and cut the margin to 21-points. So, overall, some progress there.

Patient offense isn't the tactic I wanted to play, but it was nice to give a comparison as you also played the same players, albeit in a difference offensive tactic.

There's almost a difference of a night and a day, if we think of your team now and then. Now you're on the verge of becoming this 'middle-class' team with top8-salaries between, say, 250K-350K. My team, on the other hand, is aging rapidly, so even as soon as on Season 5 our match could be a closer call than I'd like to admit... :D

Great game today vs KKStihija, the one I beat 2 seasons ago, with a Patient (from nowhere).
So, the fact is that we all start to know each other, and KKS put a 1-3-1 vs my Motion, when my 2-3 was a big flop against his unusual R&G...
110-122 is the final score, a very good score regarding to the tactics, all won by KKS.
My Potential Legend player, Duval, made a great game 22pts (Motion offense) and 22 rbds at the Center position.
Defense was not very good, especially vs the outside players of KKS.

58/60 is the total of FT for our 2 teams. Nice !
