Thank you for the summary. I agree with everything you wrote. I really like the fact that you keep track of detailled GS to evaluate how well each player is managed in terms of minutes. This is very insightful.

As the previous NT manager, I know pretty well the level of our players and we couldn't have done much better this season. I think you are doing a great job leading the team to a brighter future. Thank you!

What a tough group our U21 NT fell into, with Hong Kong, China and Australia, it's impossible to dream about the semi finals this season. However, the team looks very good. Last game against HK was impressive. We lost by 19 but this is the small win margin of any non friendly game by HK this season. More impressive is our defense, HK scored only 64 points shooting at a poor 29% and not scoring a single 3 point basket out of 9 attempts.

We are not at the top of Asia, this is impossible to do but looking at the competitive game we had against HK, I want to congratulate Barbenoir, our U21 NT manager for his great work managing our team. May you stay here for a long time!

In the end, our NT did well, despite having troubles this season: 2 players retired during the season due to big injuries and many players went unexpectedly on the transfer list. We finished #34, 2 spots away from the qualification to the knock out phase.

Congratulations to WalterZ, our NT manager, for making the most out of a limited roster.
