So, would you say this statement is correct:
- When training Inside Scoring (C), a 6'1" / 185 cm player and a 6'11" / 211 cm player will be improving their Jump Shot skill at the same speed (provided they are at the same age and not capped).

So Coach Parrot actually states that taller players improve in ID slower than smaller players, when training Outside Defence.
That's interesting. It may imply that the rate of improvement of the secondary skill(s) for a certain training type, depends on the effectiveness of the improvement of the primary skill. In other words, when training OD, shorter players improve the OD skill faster (primary effect) => they will improve the ID skill (secondary effect) faster as well.

Is this a fair statement?

No - they would improve at different rates.

So let me clearer from my original statement:
The skills affected by height are: JR, OD, HN, IS, ID, RB and SB, when trained directly through their respective training, so the rate of improvement in a 6'11 and 6'1 player would be the same for JS, JR and IS when training JS F, however when training IS directly, the rate of improvement in a 6'11 and 6'1 player would differ for IS, JS and ID.

Hi,

I have a question regarding the result of the one pos./ two pos. training that is not 100% clear to me. For example with IS:

Inside Scoring:
Inside Scoring (C): 0.5 IS, 0.1 JS, 0.05 ID. SUM=0.65
Inside Scoring (PF/C): 0.38 IS, 0.08 JS, 0.04 ID. SUM=0.5

One pos. Training is clear so far, the trained player receives the 0.65 points as written above.

But the two pos. Training: does it mean that both trained players receive 0.5 points each, so in total 1.0 points or both players receive in total the 0.5 points so the 0.5 points are to be splitted on the two players like 0.25 points each?

Of course, all training points distribution to be done according to the currently available training efficiency (lvl of trainer, age, height, youth trainer, a.s.o.).

0.5 per player trained in those positions.

Thanks mate for the clarification.

One more issue regarding team training: as per what I know, there are 5 skills available as team training: rebound, 1v1, jump range, jump shot and passing. Pls. let me take rebound as example:

Rebounding:
Rebounding (PF/C): 0.5 R, 0.05 IS, 0.05 ID. SUM=0.60
Rebounding (Team): 0.22 R, 0.02 IS, 0.02 ID. SUM=0.26

I hope the numbers I saved are correct. Assuming that for rebounding as team training every player who has the minutes for full training receive those 0.26 points, how many players would receive training? Every player who has gained minutes for training? Or is the number of players to receive training with team training limited somehow?
