Butterfly Balls
After 7 terms with U21 and 3 with NT, I decided not to run for election. I won a trophy with the U21, it was incredible. I reached limits that I couldn’t exceed with the NT. Two problems :
- our best players are no longer trained after 25 years old
- a lot of nations have progressed and offer insurmountable tactics

During my terms, our outside players have become better, but still far from the top players. We have promising young inside players, they still need lot of training. In my teams, I still have 2 or 3 players with NT potential, I will continue to make them progress.

I wish many victories to the next coach.
