This is my first post on this forum, and it's worth sharing my feelings.
I think these salary changes are good, but the way they were implemented and the way We were informed is a joke. I normal siuation we should know the fotmula and date of implementation 2 or 3 seasons before. My plan was to try to win the championship in this season with playing with large debt. And I had this calculatd quite good. For the past 8 seasons, I've been saving money and collect the right roster to have a chance.
And now bang xD In one day, two days before the season, suddenly, my players have about 130k more salary (I expected about 20k xd) and I will probably go bankrupt during season. Furthermore, I think I lost several million in one day because the salary increase significantly decreased the value of my players on TM.
I feel cheated and like a fool. I don't want to play this game seriously anymore.

Well, I'm not a Discord fan, but I have to admit that communication there is quicker.
But from now on, we will try that people who don't have a Discord account will be updated as well.
