Thanks very much Coach Faz (and MrJ)!

We're bit late this pre-season compared to previous HGL Seasons (and will suffer at least one day BB maintenance break next week that will steal even more of our organizing time), so I'd like to ask everyone to organize matches rather quickly.

Sorry for not having time to establish Season 5 Threads yet, but at least we should be all good in that sense because all the specs to organize matches are there (even though it seems not all matches have again been organized at correct time).

Then when S5 threads are created, I'm also going to have to ask everyone to create their box score post quite quickly.

It would make that creating your own box score-process on Season 5 Thread a lot faster, if everyone (who is capable of doing that) would actually make/finish their box score post before Season 5 Scores Thread has been published (by saving a ready box score post to their device, which they would be then easily able to copy-paste into their Season 5 box score post).

I had too...but they were the wrong times. I managed to cancel 3 of the 4. The 4th, Hardboll, accepted it already. I have sent him a bbmail explaining the error and sent a new PU match.

THE ERROR: I was in Vietnam last year when doing invites. Vietnam is 1 hour earlier than Australia, hence the mistake.

4 New (and correct) invites are going out now.

Just thought I'd let you know, Wagner.

Thanks for info, it's always good idea to keep me on map.

I sent HB, MAD and TRO BBMail today because they had not yet accepted my challenge for RS match on Season 5.

According to VPO, HB had used wrong match time when sending challenge to VPO. I'm using this just as an example (other problems may or may not occur) to remind everyone to be accurate with match times.
I do understand it can get sometimes complicated/confusing, but we'll be able to manage it for sure, as long as everybody takes care of checking out match times, and responding quickly enough to correction requests if there are any.

So, everybody please check out your match time from your BB schedule on HGL Season 5 against my team, Wagner College, and organize all Season 5 matches at that same time.

So far my match offers against HB and TRO still haven't been accepted.

Have some/all other HGL teams been able to arrange RS matches at correct times against HB and/or TRO?

My invite sent to HB to be accepted.

So, only 4 more to lock in.

Thanks for your reply... I hope everybody else is similarly on a right path/pace. However, that might not be the case.

@all, important:

Remember, that even though Season 5 HGL Threads have not been established yet, it is necessary to arrange your Season 5 Pickup matches for Regular Season very soon (in other words, now)!

Also, it's necessary to establish your box score post filled with correct match links soon after Season 5 Scores Thread will be established.

I (and possibly some other HGL managers who might or might not willing to join the inspection process) need to check/verify the correctness of each match link before Season 5 starts in 8 days, and that is no quick task.

It would also be first time ever if no corrections would have to be asked from any managers, and so it's also necessary to leave some time for correction of errors (sending of new PU match invitations and such), and then me verifying the corrections have been effective.

I don't mind at all though if this becomes the first Season with no correction requests needed to be sent, so please everyone show your A game (when organizing matches in correct manner, and acting quickly enough), because we're a bit short on time this time around.

@all HGL managers:

I have now established Season 5 HGL Threads:

Main Thread (331392.1), and
Scores Thread (331391.1).

Content will be added as soon as I get all editing and reorganizing made (they will probably not be completely finished before there is a service (server migration) break in BB next Tuesday.

However, what mostly concerns everybody participating on Season 5, is that also my (Wagner College) box score post has been created on Season 5 Scores Thread, here: (331391.22).

Everybody should now start creating their own team box score post for Season 5 (or copy-paste it to that post, if you already have your Season 5 box score post saved on your device) by replying to my box score post - the process will be familiar for everybody, as we have done it before on all previous Seasons.

Please add all match links to your box score post, as soon as they're available, so I know if I really have to rush someone to organize all Season 5 matches in time.

Hello Spela, thanks for your message!

And for your first box score post here: (331391.24). However, please remember to edit it (just as you usually have done before publishing it), as you now have my box score post there without any edits (you need to edit your team name instead of WAG, and also change your opponents' name for each RS Round.

***(EDIT: Just as I wrote that, you had already started editing your post).***

Like you have probably noticed, you can find your opponents Round by Round on this post and next one after that: (329501.264).

It's the same schedule as on Season 4 (teams face each other on same Rounds), so you could also just check out Season 4 HGL schedule and reach a perfect result that way as well.
