Yes, cross training can go to stamina skill. But it's rare to see it pop and even rarer to see it happen twice in the same training day

What’s the best way to make sure only five players play and stay in their assigned positions?
Will using a 5-player roster, with the same player set as starter, sub, and reserve for each position, be enough? Or do I also need to use the two blank spaces method on my trainees?

Ok, it’s a cup match against a computerized team and I will slow the pace. My question is how to do it practically.
Do I put the same player as starter, sub, and reserve for each position, or do I also need to leave two starter spots blank on top of that?
