I don't have a game schedule.
I can't put together a team for the Cup and BBM.

Yes, cross training can go to stamina skill. But it's rare to see it pop and even rarer to see it happen twice in the same training day

Has the effectiveness of the Sports Psychologists been figured out?
Is there a thread where managers were posting weekly data?

What’s the best way to make sure only five players play and stay in their assigned positions?

Will using a 5-player roster, with the same player set as starter, sub, and reserve for each position, be enough? Or do I also need to use the two blank spaces method on my trainees?

Ok, it’s a cup match against a computerized team and I will slow the pace. My question is how to do it practically.

Do I put the same player as starter, sub, and reserve for each position, or do I also need to leave two starter spots blank on top of that?

I've played this game for a long time and never used "Depth chart until 4th" til tonight.

It was a perfect time for it. My starters had played 55-60 minutes, so I didn't want to blow their game shape by starting them this game. I was playing a game that the subs and scrubs weren't going to beat. But if they could keep it close and my normal starters played in the 4th, it might work.

I felt good as we had a lead going into the 4th. But it didn't seem like there was a big difference in the way the coach made substitutions. My normal guards only played 15-16 minutes and only 4 or 5 in the 4th quarter. My regular PF was a sub for the Center and only played 11 minutes. We lost the game in the last 3-4 minutes with the subs and scrubs on the court and the normal starters on the bench

I'm not mad, but I am confused at what was different from just selecting "strictly follow depth chart". Because that's basically what the coach did

My training result:
5/15/2026 One on One for Forwards
Li Fujin ↑popped↑ in Stamina from inept to mediocre .
Gil Póvoa ↑popped↑ in Stamina from inept to mediocre .

And today they both dropped back.
5/22/2026 One on One for Forwards
Gil Póvoa ↓dropped↓ in Stamina from mediocre to inept .
Li Fujin ↓dropped↓ in Stamina from mediocre to inept .

So the rate of stamina decay is ~10% per week?
