My Supporter benefits are shown to expire on February 18, 2027 (including rewards from the B3 prediction event), yet automatic payment was still charged on the 19th of this month. It appears the previously‑issued half‑year duration reward never actually took effect. Could a GM please help confirm whether this is a bug?

Yes, this bug is still ongoing. If you check my team page, you will see that all supporter‑only content is completely wiped and hasn't been restored. (69380)

My supporter subscription still has half a year remaining, yet the quarterly fee was automatically deducted from my bank account. I am not sure whether this is part of the billing mechanism. Do I need to revoke the payment authorization for my account first in order to claim prediction rewards? Thank you for your attention and reply.

Hello, the issue has been resolved when I logged in today.
Could this bug was related to the difference between the two supporter payment options: auto‑renew subscription and one‑time purchase?
