Yes, blanking starter has been the tactics for me for some time now but even that is not working all the time... And its frustrating!
I have to say its absurd that "BB or the coach sideline" has more power than I do. To be clear I am the one who hires the coach to the sideline and order him to follow the orders
. But what coach is that doesnt understand that trainees developement is the key to success!? Ok I would undestand better if the desision coach does is smart/clever but loseing training minutes for trainees in a blowout is just dumb and have no logic.
Even more, BB has problem that managers numbers are decreasing and for ex. this situation might be one of the reasons. I mean if game doesnt stop frustrating managers they will leave, sooner or later.
So BB, fix this problem and give managers enjoyment they are expecting and some even are paying for that ;)
