If a bot team is over me in a draft order, are they gonna automaticly select first player that is given in a draft, or the pick is going to be random?

this wasn't the question i was wondering what tactic I should have used so my PF and C had more shot opportunities. The shots came from close range but "wrong guys" took the shots
