If you go to your manage my team page it shows a few teams who don't have a scrimmage booked. I just refresh that, send off some invites and someone always accepts.

I presume there should be a difference in the training speed for a 22 year old compared to 21 year old player. But how much is the slowdown? Do we have the numbers?
