Hey all, what generally happens when relegated? My team stays as they are and I can take it as a rebuilding season? There's nothing special happening...?

How do ratings in this game work? The last couple seasons I've lost to teams in the playoffs with worse ratings than me... I feel like I'm stuck in limbo. Good enough to breeze through the season while still making 100k+ profit each week, not good enough to get promoted to div1. In fact, even the biggest spenders in my div pale in comparison to the worst teams in div1. The financial gap seems insurmountable. Makes me wonder when the last time was when a team got promoted to the first division and cemented their place there rather than just be a 'yo-yo club' as it's often called in football/soccer.

If you buy a player who was your draftee, will they retain the status as a Homegrown in your team (ie. will you get the merchandize bonus associated with these players).
