hey, not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but... i've tried following the instructions on edit team logo, banner, and court and it's showing broken link / broken image when i go to my team's overview. is it because the file is too big or am i doing something wrong particularly?

Hey all, I have been trying to understand the Game Manual about Economy. My grace period is not until after first week of December but I would like to be prepared.
From what I understand, I should be meeting the 'Player Salaries Floor', else would I get penalized for it? And to avoid that, would I need to take on more players just to meet that floor? Or would the weekly increase in salaries eventually go high enough?
