Good afternoon,

I'm back as the national team coach.

I've been following the team these past few months, and although the Euro group is very tough, I think we should have won a couple of matches.

The goal now is to win some matches, improve our ranking, and prepare the team for the consolation tournament.

I'd like to make several changes to the squad, but I'll wait until after the friendlies.

The next match is against the group leader, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It will be very difficult to surprise them.

Finally, although I have an updated database from a couple of months ago, I would appreciate it if you could update the skills of potential future signings via BBmail.

Today we lost to Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was the expected result, given how both teams came into the match. We had no chance of winning.

Our goal is to get a consolation win in the final match.

A disastrous European Championship has come to an end.

Today we lost against Island. We have a better team, but the difference in enthusiasm was enormous, and in national teams, good management is crucial to being competitive.

There's no point dwelling on it; we need to focus on the consolation tournament. I'll make changes to the team over the next few days to test things out in the friendlies.

I've made some changes to the roster.

There might be some changes next season, but the core of the team will remain the same. When the season ends I will scout more players, although any manager can write to me privately with their players' skills if they think they have the level to be on the national team.

I think we have a good team to surprise the big NT teams.
