Today we lost to Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was the expected result, given how both teams came into the match. We had no chance of winning.

Our goal is to get a consolation win in the final match.

A disastrous European Championship has come to an end.

Today we lost against Island. We have a better team, but the difference in enthusiasm was enormous, and in national teams, good management is crucial to being competitive.

There's no point dwelling on it; we need to focus on the consolation tournament. I'll make changes to the team over the next few days to test things out in the friendlies.

Good night!!!

I've made some changes to the roster.

There might be some changes next season, but the core of the team will remain the same. When the season ends I will scout more players, although any manager can write to me privately with their players' skills if they think they have the level to be on the national team.

I think we have a good team to surprise the big NT teams.

Good afternoon,

The friendly matches are behind us, and yesterday we started the consolation tournament with an important victory against Bulgaria. Although we played at home, this victory shows us that Latvia's level is not the same as in the last European Championship.

On another note, I would like to appeal to Latvian managers to develop players for the national team. We have very few well-trained players who could make the squad in the coming seasons.

Yeah, the situation with NT prospects has been pretty grim - we still have 35-37 year olds running he court, because theres just no one better. In recent seasons the activity around U21 has been really impressive, hopefully that will shift to NT too.

Good evening.

Today we achieved our fourth consecutive victory in the consolation tournament against Nigeria.

The schedule is working in our favor, but the team is also performing well.

I'd like to highlight Bankovskis. He's one of the great legends of our national team, and at 37 years old, he continues to contribute immensely to the team and has just become the second player with the most appearances.

Ir vērts turēt lvl5 komandas dakteri ar specialitāti masāža UN lvl5 sporta psihologu, lai izlašniekiem būtu labāka forma? Vai pietiktu tikai ar dakteri + masāža? Nedēļā vidēji ap 65-80min nospēlē, baigi precīzi tur nevar notēmēt - kādreiz vairāk, kādreiz mazāk. Tankošanās sezonā sanāk ap 35k nedēļā ekstra izdevumi, domāju uz ko vēl ietaupīt.
