I know this would have been covered but I need help.

I have $1million to spend.

I have An incredible 19YO MVP I drafted last season and an 18Yo superstar Who is decent also.

I want to train these guys to be Starters and my Draftee to be a NT player.

Which do I invest in Gym or Training court.

thanks in Advance

it depends on how you want to train them.
Training court is always good as it will improve your free throws.
Gym is nice and gives you extra pops which will develop them faster, but might also give you some pops on places you might not want them. For example you might not want more rebounding on these players. Especially for the NT player.
But that might be something you should talk to the NT coach about as this can be different for every country and can depend on how he want him as an NT player.

For a level 3 gym those 3 slots are always different from the slots trained??

For example lets say we have gym lvl3 and we train 1on1 forwards. The skills trained are IS DR HN JS. 10% cross training goes to a random different skill , lets say stamina. The 3 slots of the gym are totally random?? OR they are distributed among the remaining skills which are

JR OD PA ID SB FT . So in a single training sessions lets say 10 % goes to PA another one on OD and another one on ID...am I guessing right??

Is there any chance all 30% goes to a single skill??

why you wouldn't want rebounding on certain players?

Cross training can go to all skills, even the trained ones!
I was gonna comment about the same thing, since I 'think' I noticed it. Good to see an official confirmation, thanks!

Are those 10% slots an official info too, or just an opinion? It seems a bit too much to me, honestly.

I have never been completely sure about the actual number of "default" (no gym) slots as well. Is it officially just one?

Mostly because of the cap.
If you want to train a player like a Point guard for example, maybe you want to keep low rebounding on him so that you can focus on other skills to cap him.
Doesn't mean you never want it, it is depending on how you want your player
