I understand that the position training which has around 80-90% which is subjective to player position.

How about if I select TEAM training for JS as an example?how many % which .

for 18-19yo level 5 coach estimation:
Jump shot (PG/SG), (SG/SF): 0.5 JS, 0.1 JR, 0.05 Ha, 0.05 Dr. Sum 0.7
Jump shot (SF/PF): 0.4 JS, 0.2 IS, 0.05 JR. Sum: 0.65
Jump shot (Team): 0.22 JS, 0.04 JR, 0.02 Ha, 0.02 Dr. Sum: 0.3

I guess most of us train two positions for JS

here I have more date from some old forum post(you should use some tolerance for below numbers +/- few percent)
I think it is for 5lvl coach not 4.
remember that traing speed drops with age
