Hi, I had to double-check now, but I have indeed played my last game with blank starter PG-SG, and having as subs and reserves the same players for the 48min training. This is what I always do. How is it possible for my SG to have only played 40min, messing up my training? It almost cost me the game too as there was an inside player defending outside with a minus 15 OD difference receiving 3-pointers. Could you please shed light? Thank you.

I think its because your guys are now 27 and above so your coach is trying to avoid exhaustion. Don't worry about it. Your guy will get full training with 40 minutes since they are 27+

This is from the game manual

Training Minutes
How many weekly minutes each age group need for full training?

18-19 years old: 45 weekly minutes.

20-26 years old: 48 weekly minutes.

27+ years old: 40 weekly minutes.

Note: One minute buffer is placed for all age groups, which means 44 minutes is also sufficient for 18-19 age group.

Thanks so much, I didn't know this happened at 27yo. I guess blank starter is not an option for them anymore, that's a bummer.

Well from a training point of view it is still viable, you got the exact amount of minutes required.

From a tactical point of view yes you may need to adjust strategy otherwise you have sub-optimal defenders coming in for minutes.
