I think a boost in skill % could work. Mvp should be given more experience . Nothing game breaking though.very lite touch.

I think it would be such a great idea to have this ROTS award!

I don't think that boosting a +1 in a potential value would be so OP, keep in mind that a lot of teams would "compete" for the ROTS award and only 1 rookie in each league would see this +1 pop.

It could also be something nice to fight for if you are a team that is going to miss the playoffs.

I think the 'Roy' award is a great idea

. The 'Potential' attribute change is tricky. Maybe increasing the skills of the player slightly or the experience slightly instead?

The current 'Potential' system could potentially damage the game if they do potentials. If a player develops into an all-time great, the market could get out of control. U18 and Nt as well

Maybe implement a system:

ROTS gets +2 if potential 1 to 6.
ROTS gets +1 if potential 7 to 8.
ROTS gets no potential upgrade if potential is MVP+, but will get +2 in a random skill or something like that.

So it would be worthwhile to compete for ROTS with players of all potential levels. And would make players with good starting skills but bad potential worth training. I‘ve drafted a couple of players that I‘d have liked to train longer it potential was better.

One could also make it a rule that the ROTS-award can only go to a player that has been drafted and not transfered, thus only giving one player of the draft in every league the possibility to improve the potential/ or skills.

Winner: 1x Consolation Tournament (U21), 2x Goldene Ananas, 1x Goldene Himbeere, 2x Goldener Erdapfel, 3x Bronze Medal (U21)

That's. Sounds nice.

Why not transferred rookie. What if they never played a game ?
