Do your community read the forum ? I was hoping there would be a debate or at least a few more questions to show you all my motivation.
Or maybe should I post on each league forum to try and have more visibilty ?

To be honest, in my opinion at least, the discussion you guys are having here in terms of questions, input etc is as active as it gets in our forums. Nevertheless, in a scenario where you win the vote, you could expect several other managers to keep the U21 threads alive, as long as there are topics to discuss ofc.

Well I was wondering cause I feel like I have to prove you I can be a good fit for your U21 NT. Also I didn't see any message from the current manager so I wanted to know if there was anything I missed :)

Naah, it's always been like this, for the most part.

You have nothing to prove (to me at least). Making the latter stages of the B3 (the final even) with salaries much lower than the opposition is more than good enough for me.

It's not what you have to say, it's what you have to show as achievements. If it was RL, I'd worry that you are waaay overqualified for the position, not the other way around.

Hi,
So each manager can select rosters and set tactics and lineups.
The decisive matter for our U21 coach is to build up a cluster of managers to train players with lower potential for u21.
As for now, bulgarian managers who are willing to train, train HOFs for the NT, due to minkoff's efforts. All the others do not care and do not train. There are very few exceptions.
So, you apply for this position, but haven't mentioned so far, WHAT exactly will you be doing for THIS matter.

I guess there will be a first discussion with minkoff in order to know if he could accept that 20-21yo MVP+ can be trained temporarly for the U21. I see 2 advantages : more experience gained with U21 and players that are competitive earlier (and might then be more valuable for their managers).

But there are also the lower potentials : all star to superstar. I will have to see how the situation actually is, but you seem to say that they are not fully trained. First I will keep your community updated about each good prospect being on the transfer list. Second, I will try to contact the teams that are not training for your NT, in order to see if they can help the U21 (maybe in exchange of some game tips if they need/want some). Third, I hope someone could join me in order to keep your community involved so that the U21 can gain some interest.

Last point is these players can also be trained by foreigners. For example I just bought one Bulgarian. I'm not sure I'll be able to bring him to the U21 considering my actual position but my point is U21 can be trained elsewhere and I will not neglect it.
