11 is not a limit for enthusiasm, last season I had 13, and it can go even higher I think

yes. but of course it always goes down before the next match is played. so the max enthusiasm playing a match is maybe 11(?).

I think several managers stated they had 16 once. Not that it matter much, matchday matters.
