I'm looking to start up a PL for tactical purposes.

The rules are the same as a previous poster's:

1- Home team gets to choose the opponent's offensive and defensive tactics by sending a message with these two instructions to the other manager.
2- If the home team does not contact it's opponent, he can then use whichever tactic he wants.
3- No tactical testing will be made during the playoffs: these will be just for fun on a "everything goes" mode.

We're looking for teams with a World Rank between 10000 and 20000, although each situation will be considered with attention.
