Hi, I'm also new just got promoted for the second time in Utopia.
Up untill now I've been focusing on training and building my arena, I think now I'm ready for div 3, but that remains to be seen I still have no idea how strong this league is.
Let's have fun and hopefully the forums will be acrive

Fun season so far. I'm shocked to be at 3-1, especially as close to the salary floor as I am. Therefore, the only wise thing to do is sell a veteran backup player and add more seats to the arena (and when that completes, I'll have more lower tier than bleachers!). Fun times.

Indeed! Obvisously everyone favours the cup... exxpet you ! But still i'm surprised by the huge difference between league II and league III

It is a fun strategy to build your arena like that, starting with the most expensive parts. U do it for fun or is it a financial strategy (like its easier to sold out the most expensive parts than bleachers which are very volatile) ?

It's certainly not a financial strategy (well, not a good one).

Basically I've always felt that teams overbuilt bleachers and underbuilt lower tier, and my primary team I have a 12000-5500-500-50 split with the intention to add more lower tier if I ever reach the top league. I decided for this team, I would get the courtside maxed and then build lower tier primarily as an experiment more than anything else. I figured I'd be losing a lot more than I have, since I haven't been really aggressively improving the team, and I wanted to see if the lower tier would lead to more stability in weekly income.

I think it would be really funny to get to the point where my arena is truly backward, where I have 10k lower tier seats at $18 and the 4600 bleachers at $20, and see what happens.

Which is pretty amazing since I forgot to set a lineup for the game I lost last week and went with my default.

I also think that after this next set of games, Sons of Dubai will take the lead in point differential. I'm just happy to be anywhere near the top.
