New season, thus new thread !

I'm very late with this one and it'll be pretty short. Now that the two giants (Amenra and Providence) are "down", what is going to happen ?

Amenra has clearly decided to go rebuilding from scratch, buying expensive youngsters with very high potential. Unless 65is willing to put money into seasoned players, I think he'll be playing D.2 next season, and we don't expect him to collect as many B3 wins as he did last season.

I was wondering about Providence as well, but looks like he won't play longer with his aged team, Marti is already gone, Minwei, Lubik and Neudt are going the same route, so we can expect the current champion not to be able to successfully defend his title. What's the Steamrollers' future ? It is yet to be discovered.

Things look more open than ever on the blue side, where Paros Bulls should be playing for the top.

On the red side, the Cowboys should win the conference, but they have to watch out for Mizu and my own Spartans (which definetely look better than last season). Cup draws might prove to be a huge deciding factor in all this.

Good luck to all teams, yet not too much when you're playing against me, thank you.

At least he's gonna be well trained, or so can we hope.

Even if he becomes a top world class player, he could be sold for at most 8 M. And such players aren't sold, they are kept by the teams that trained them to top.

I can understand the technical advantage of owning a player that's superior to everything can be fielded against (yet again, at least in 9 seasons from now) but this makes little economical sense.

Don't take me wrong, I'm delighted that the guy stays in Belgium and will be super-well trained, of course :) It's not the former NT manager speaking but the club chairman.

From a club chairman point of view, it's a non-sense. Especialy when considering that next season the draft will produce better player (in term of TSP & potential). So a player like Devenyn will occure more often and I don't think we'll pay 10M anymore for a trainee like that.

From a NT coach point of view, it's a good news. But I'm a little afraid in the same time, I hope 65daystatic won't lose his motivation when he'll see more Devenyn, more cheaper in the future.

Idd.... a crazy bidwar!
I joined BB at a time selling should have been done... and as scout I was curious to know if he would had found a nice home-team. I was astonished to see this incredible ongoing bidwar!
But happy to see Jaimie went to a solid team where he surely will be trained towards a NT-spot

Especialy when considering that next season the draft will produce better player (in term of TSP & potential)

I wonder if it will be for these high potential players as I read in the season news :
that the next generation of draftees has better skills and potential, especially in the low-to-middle range.

what do we have to understand with this especially in the low-to-middle range? wait and see?
