Hi folks,

The forum seems a bit dead, so I thought it would be nice to create the thread early ahead. Welcome to everyone new to this league, and all the best for the season ahead of us!

After joining the league last year, I managed to win the relegation POs, so the target for my first season in Division II was accomplished. What are your goals for this season?

Honestly i have only one goal and that is getting lots and lots of pops on my trainee ^^ rest doesn't matter

My goals are similar, stay in Div II, train up my players. My brother got an amazing draftee, so fairly jealous there, but oh well.

My target it to not just extend my run of 7 consecutive appearances in the play offs in this division, but to actually win some games when i get there. In fact on checking i have been in the playoffs in 21 of the last 23 seasons and have won a grand total of 4 games in the playoffs. Horrendous! But if i can just double that then...

Best of luck all round this season, hope it will be as competitive as last season.

My target is to remain in the division and progress my trainees further.
A reasonable cup run is also pretty fun so im hoping for some nice draws!

I just had a 3 week injury on one of my players in the first scrim of the season, so off to a bad start haha. I think my doc needs a talking to

Wow; that’s more activity than I had expected. Nice to see that the forum is still alive!

Quite sad to see a couple of injuries already, which can undermine the initial performance of the affected teams. Reset of injuries should actually take place in pre-season friday to avoid this, instead of after the draft :(

We also seem quite focused on training and hopefully we’ll get many nice pops every friday! I did get a nice draftee (though kind of lowish skills) to join my older trainees. At 24, this will surely be the last season I will train them.
