But what are the specifics?

You will have Kirk Johnson full time

Plus, you were in U21 for a few seasons already, the previous training plans you worked with other managers should have matured by now?

I fully Support Him, and Kirk's primary focus is National Team and training, I am already planning at sacrificing my season like I have the last two.

I would support that more Canadian Managers need to dedicate a training spot to a U21 player, I have been engaged in U21 in the past and plan to be this year. We need to be a top two America's team Again!!

Sometimes I can't change the manager's opinion...
For example (47243129) and (47243219)

I would not waste energy on trying to get managers to train HOF potential for U21. It's not going to happen. No good manager is going to train OD or other skills needed for a great U21 player and then try to also train for a great NT player.

Please target at most MVP but the sweet spot for U21 talent is allstar, perennial allstar, and superstar. These players will never make NT but can make an awesome U21 player if trained correctly, as they will hit their cap in their final U21 year or in the seasons just after.

My opinion.

I've been open with you what my training plans were when you asked for Pollak (on 02/27) and for Saurabh (on 04/28 and 04/29), so I'm not too pleased with being called out like this.
I'm not going to go into my targeted builds for my players in the forums but if anyone wants to discuss in bb-mail, send me a message and I'd be happy to get your thoughts. I'm hoping the 2 will be beneficial to the senior NT, but the NT manager can decide that when the time comes.

That said, is there is a manager that is looking to build the U21 community? I think it would be great if someone did have the time and effort to put in for that.

If they want the skills/messages, I'll let them bb-mail me and I'll share those.

And despite this, unless Music_Chick or flight93 make a strong case for why they should be elected U21 manager, you'll have my vote. If you do get elected, I hope you'll drop the public attempts to get me to train a particular way. Feel free to keep making the case in bb-mail.

The U21 team can get frustrating but every manager in any division they play in has to make up there own mind of how to train. For example my drafty Raphael Lang. Could I have made him better with a different training program, yes. Could I afford to lose games in Div 1 to make them better for U21 no. Fresh24 has won multiple Championships in Div 1 and chose to relegate to Div 2. He knows what is best for his team and there is nothing that would change that. U21 is a tough job and you just gotta go with it and..... Don't worry! Be happy now! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-diB65scQU You have my vote for vote still :)
