European nations are playing every repechage with a "handicap" obtaining "free enth" in their first match.

We, the Asians and americans nation are struggling every repechage at a disadvantage, please hope it is solved with a raffle. Thanks!

Yes, there are many changes that would make the World Cup more fun for everyone.

I even think that should increase the participants, especially for Europe where the continental tournament is more competitive.

One of my players has just finsihed his 15th season with my team.
He's head and shoulders above the rest in all-time Games, PTS, REB and he should move up to 2nd place in AST this season.
He's old though and shall start dropping skill points soon.

A couple of seasons ago, I had a player in a similar situation, even though not nearly what the above player has achieved for my team.

There was the possibility to make him a member of my staff, which was lovely. I didn't doubt at the time since he had the perfect profile.

On second hand I probably should have, as the option was only available once, and the above player is far more suited. But why??

The fee and salary were fixed per level, and I do not recall them being more competitive than what was available on the market.

So why was it only availble once?
Or why do we block an extra opportunity of bonding with your team and player-coaches with a system that is already available and working?

And if there is no (good) reason, can we please open up this option without or with other limitations?

I think the time has come to implement player age days. It is not possible that everyone's salaries change overnight! The impact on finances is absurd and the market suffers!
With this implementation it is possible to manage finances better and we would not find ourselves in the absurd situation of having 19000 players for sale at the same time instead of the usual 2000. Obviously the days of seniority will be calculated based on a year of BB.
In my opinion it would bring great benefits both to the teams in terms of strategy and economy and to the market in keeping prices more linear throughout the season.

The structure of the game has to be changed

It's simple, a new player has to learn how this works (this is tedious and most end up abandoning it for the same thing), they have to do a gigantic amount of tasks, in order to compete 100% against their old rivals, I'm going to list them:

1- Cost of Expansion: $ 7650000, this is the absurd amount of money that a new player has to spend, to have a stadium in condition to compete in the First Division of any country.

All this without adding the other $7000000, which has to be spent on the infrastructure of the same stadium (Gymnasium, Training Court, Medical and Recovery Center, Radio-TV Chain and Merchandising Store).

2- A level 6 coach with low salary, has a cost of $ 1600000, on average and a level 7 coach, has a cost of $ 3900000 on average (This investment you have to renew every certain time, time).

3- The Draf system is absurd at its best, to get a good prospect, you have to get bored a whole season doing tanking, you have to go down for the same reason and the worst of the case is that sometimes you do not get a good prospect, so you have to tank another season to try to get something trainable.

4- That system of rebuilding a team, to return to compete works, because the NBA has teams with fixed participation, none of the teams is in danger of being relegated from the division and resorting to dramatic financial losses, but in BB if you suffer from that, therefore, the system of prospects have to change.

5- To finish, 4 second division leagues in small communities, is ineffective and unattractive, should be limited to 2 division and place 4 third division leagues, to generate competitiveness and fun to new users.

May I suggest that we need to pay the upgrade of arena design, but not repay the whole amount for the arena design.

Say, I paid 500k before and want to upgrade to 1mil arena design, then I just need to pay the difference only, i.e. 500k in this example.

That would be more sensible.

Edit: For those paid repeatedly before, BB can check the record and arrange refund accordingly.
