Hi! as the title state I have this friend who registered a few days ago but still haven't gotten his team. I have the email that he tried to make the account with if that helps.

Probably some repeat offenders could have made the I.P. address that your friend currently has... has been block-listed...

Teams come and go in our community for a time now... We kinda watch it over this thread: (307549.1)

Hoping that in the future BB will block not the IP but the Device IP if not the combination of the IP address and the Device IP

I highly doubt thats the case. We both stopped playing BB in season 22 and I doubt you have the data way back then. I also keep track of that forum page every week to keep track on certain teams in the Philippines. Sure ako both of our squads were deleted due to inactivity and we didn’t break the rules haha

The IP address is dynamic. It changes every time you get disconnected and reconnect. The connection also gets reset automatically every once in a while as the length of a single session is limited. Once the session ends and the new one starts, your IP may change.

from the activities we can see every week in our community.... lots of teams come and go and some show patterns of being a repeated offender.. it is not impossible that... the IP your friend used was listed in the blocked list... I once encountered a login error some time ago so I did chat to one of the BB... and he said that... They do block I.P.s... Good that our ISP that fay was the one guilty for me not being able to access the site.
