here is a guy with a pot 10 for sale, but a small TSP, and he is 19 years old, it takes quite a lot of effort to grow up to the level of the national team.

No option, no 1 × 1 at all, and another 19 years. In any case, it needs to start 1 × 1 and hold for a long time. I’ve already switched to OD in the utopia, and I’m finishing 1 × 1 tricks with the main team.

We played -18 with Cyprus.
Before the match, we had fantastic problems with the squad. Two injuries (Spens, Murchie) and two shape 6 (Barrie, MacKersey) players in the front line. Of the nominal bigmen, only Losiak remained in shape 7.
As Skerys correctly pointed out, Spens turned out to be a huge loss for the team. It's quite disappointing to see an injured player, the only one from the squad in form 9, with a DMI of 5+ million.
As a result, I could only experiment, attack through the perimeter with Boyd and Blair in PF/C positions.
Yes, as a result, Blair with a salary of 35k and in the form of 8, played personally against Psariadis with a salary of 220k and in the form of 9.
But there wasn't much choice.
I thought about the proposal to play zone 2-3 in defense, but decided to play personal defense in the end. We just don't have a third player who would be good in close defense. It seemed to me that the strengthening of the short-range protection would be quite insignificant, but the external one would weaken a little more. Perhaps in vain.
In the match, the team looked pretty good. The attack and even the defense looked quite reliable. We lost on rebounds and FT, we were on equal terms in terms of implementation. If there were Spens, we would have fought for victory.
Cyprus has an objectively stronger squad, but the team struggled, which is very pleasing.
Regarding the form, I unsubscribed to the owners of players with bad minutes, let's look further.
And so 11 of the 17 players had minutes in the range of 58-74.
Upgrades: Boyd +1, Lochiel +1, MacShimes+1

There was an unsuccessful game with Greece, -58.
I chose a completely failed defensive tactic, I expected, as in the last match, an internal game from the opponent. But the coach of Greece did not start from our weaknesses, but played tactics from his pool. I am also not very happy with the attacking tactics, We got to earn few free throws, there are few rebounds in the attack.
I'm really looking forward to a number of players recovering from injuries, and a few more getting in shape. It's not good when a player with shape 7 plays in the starting lineup.
Upgrades: Boyd +1, Lochiel +1.
Ahead of the match with Andorra, we need a good shape of players

The match with Andorra was held yesterday, the victory was +25.
The team approached the match in better condition than in previous matches. From the negative, only Lyle lowered shape to 7, we also get used to playing without Losiak and Barrie. But Spens recovered and even got shape 8. I decided to play an inside attack and an outside zone, as Andorra's perimeter players are stronger. It seems that it turned out well, especially in attack. At the beginning of the match, we got the advantage, and then we played calmly. But we need to understand that we were clearly stronger in terms of roster.
I hope that next week we will fight the Czechs.
Upgrades: Boyd+1, Blair+1. Blair took second place in the team in terms of the amount of defensive skills

Yesterday we played a match with the Czech Republic, won +16. The Czechs have a non-standard plan, they always play the same tactics and the same squad. They play young players, increase their experience. Of course, we had to beat them. In the second quarter, we managed to create a gap, which we managed to keep. The team played a phenomenal match in defense, the opponent's realization is only 23%. We played reliably in attack, but without much brilliance. Nevertheless, this is our second victory. There are two matches ahead with Finland and Romania, in which it will be difficult for us. We'll see.
There was only one upgrade last week: Lochiel +1

Yes, Czech Republic have a longterm plan. In a couple of seasons, they will dominate the NT tournaments, I'm pretty sure. There will still be other strong teams, but they'll be one of the teams to compete with for the title. They use the u21 and NT to gather experience for their trainees. Something I have always wanted to do and am trying to establish a little bit in Germany. But it won't work in the same way as in the Czech community. Especially since we have a great NT at the moment and we don't have enough young players with high potential that could fill up the whole u21 and are trained for the NT. So I'll try to integrate a couple of those HoFers and still have some fun winning a couple of games there.

You're doing a great job and I'm very happy that you got re-elected! Good luck for the remaining season!

Yesterday we lost the match against the Finnish national team, -32.
Spens was in form 7, the opponent's coach decided to take advantage of this, they played a close attack and a 3-2 zone. This tactic looked good against us. MacShimes showed a good match in attack, otherwise the gap in the score would have been greater.
The last official match of the season against Romania is ahead. We have to show ourselves better there.
There were several upgrades last week: MacShimes +1, Michael +2, Lochiel +2

We finished the tournament with a match with Romania. Defeat, - 13.
The match turned out to be quite good, quite close for us. It's a pity that Spens was back in 7 shape, otherwise we could have fought for victory. We didn't start very well, but in the second half we started attacking better and reduced the gap. We won on rebounds and free throws, but we attacked much worse from behind the arc.
Nevertheless, the tournament is over. Two wins is a normal result, we are not ready for more yet. There are several scrimmages ahead, right up to the beginning of next season.
Upgrades: Boyd +2, MacShimes +1.
Boyd has passed the 140 TSP mark, congratulations to Highlander, I wish you not to stop there

I won't stop training him. His potential is too great. He's still just 25, so 150+ is a must! Let's see how high his TSP can get ;)

TSP 151 is where the Cap stopped me from training my HoFer. Since Boyd has more potential, I sure hope that you'll get him close to TSP 160.
