HELLO! I'm trying my luck here for U21 NT manager position.
About me: I'm manager of team in England. I have quite good experience with U21 players - tactics how to train them and can tell how to train one or another youth to reach his most POT. ( I used to play 15-20 seasons ago as well)
I would love to have at least one staff member If I've won election to make U21 management clean and clear. Also I'm into making review's after every game we've had so community could discuss about episodes from game, to discuss about players performances.
