I am once again putting my name in the hat for the U21 role. While I can't promise to buy multiple titles like other candidates, I can say that manging the U21s is a role I have loved to do for the past 4 seasons, and my record shows the success I've had. But honestly in my opinion my reign should have been more successful, and that is something I'm committed to changing.
My ultimate goal would be to bring a trophy to the England u21s, but that is highly unrealistic, albeit not impossible. My first goal is to qualify out of the first group in the European championships, and this season I think we have a chance to do that.
I also aim to improve the NT side with strong training advise to build future NT players. Working with managers of HOF and MVP potential players to create training plans to make them the best possible players and improve our NT future.
