Training Minutes
How many weekly minutes each age group need for full training?
18-19 years old: 45 weekly minutes.
20-26 years old: 48 weekly minutes.
27+ years old: 40 weekly minutes.
Note: One minute buffer is placed for all age groups, which means 44 minutes is also sufficient for 18-19 age group.

Current Training:
One on One for Forwards
Age Name Min
26 Steve Strauss 48+
29 Joni Khvedelidze 48+
20 Chikara Teshigahara 48+
28 Malamine Pam 48+
21 Hideyuki Nakao 47

All my guys minutes are in green but my 21yr old is in red with 47 minutes. Shouldn't he be in green with the one minute buffer?

Rewatch the game. Maybe his 47 mins was rounded up from 46.X minutes. Coz if you play 47 minutes and 50 seconds it shows as 48 on the weekly stats while playing a full 48 minutes would give you 48+. So if he played something like 46 minutes and 40 seconds his minutes would be 47. I can't remember where the cut off is before the roundup tho.

That would suck if he missed full training because of 20 seconds.

It really should be 45 minutes for 18 to 21 year olds. 22-26 should be 48 minutes and after that it should be 40 minutes.

Technically he missed 1 minutes and 20 seconds if he actually played 46 mins and 40 seconds (coz buffer time already accounts for missed time).

That said, I absolutely support that suggestion.

Either that, or have a setting in game preparation that tells the coach the target minutes on a few positions to respect _no matter what_ (even if he has to take a timeout to fix minutes)

I mean you get 97%ish of full training, it's not as if he only receives like 50% training now. They have already made training more flexible with less minutes needed for a big chunk of players, so I don't personally agree with making it even more lenient.
