I'm Nikuradse, the coach of the U21 national team for the past few seasons.
I would like to continue the work done so far. I think we have achieved some excellent results so far. Especially last year, finishing in the top 18 teams in the tournament.
Now the main goal is to build players with high potential (at least MVP) who can also be trained for the senior national team.
