¡Impresionante victoria sobre un fuerte equipo lituano!
Esto se hace en la medida de lo posible para garantizar que tengamos la mejor selección nacional posible, pero ha habido uno o dos entrenadores que han intentado deliberadamente arruinar la situación. Es una pena. Me alegraría que todos hicieran lo mejor para llevar el U21 LO MÁS posible. IM disponible para cualquier pregunta, sugerencia o solicitud de capacitación que puedas tener.

Siiii, gastar tot l'entusiasme la primera jornada contra un rival no directe per assegurar-nos perdre els següents 2 partits que clarament havien de ser nostres, és una nota ben positiva per començar la temporada I a més hem pogut ajudar al teu país afegint una derrota al vostre rival més directe, així teniu marge per si encaixeu una derrota imprevista.

Per cert, que intentis atacar als mànagers que han entrenat els seus jugadors durant un any real per tenir-los a la u21, no diu molt de tu com a persona. Bé, si que ho diu, però no crec que sigui bo.

En fi, fes el que puguis aquestes pròximes jornades fins que juguis contra Israel; no puc esperar a veure com t'abaixaràs els pantalons per a que aconsegueixin el màxim average possible.

Ah, i per últim... L'idioma oficial d'Andorra és el Català, per tant als Fòrums andorrans s'ha d'utilitzar aquesta llengua o l'anglès. Si no el saps parlar, ja saps que diu la dita, oi? "Parla català o emigra..."




Salut i no oblidis anar entrant als equips (tu ja saps quins ) per tal que puguin seguir sent humans!

Com ha anat el partit d'avui?

Era necessari jugar amb més esforç tot i que et vaig avisar que era IMPOSSIBLE guanyar?

Hi va haver un intent de guanyar el partit contra Suècia. Pel que fa a les seleccions, no som menys bons que Suècia i encara millors. L'únic problema és la pitjor forma de joc de diversos dels jugadors més importants de l'equip. És una llàstima que hi hagi qui ho faci de tot, fins al punt de malmetre la forma de joc dels seus jugadors, només per evitar que el nostre equip guanyi.

Tens tota la raó; hi ha mànagers que li volen el mal a la Selecció Andorrana, per exemple, la persona que va decidir que jugar MOT la primera jornada, era una bona idea.

Si ja era difícil el partit contra Albània de la setmana vinent després del mot, ara amb un normal i entusiasme 4 (màxim?) i ells en 7-8, serà més que complicat.

No ets gaire intel·ligent si creus que estic boicotejant la Forma dels meus jugadors. Si volgués fer-ho, els hauria fet jugar tots els 144 minuts setmanals.
I si hi ha algun altre equip que no vol cuidar les Formes pq jo no sóc el seleccionador, està en tot el seu dret. És el que té l'amistat, tot i que potser tu no hi has arribat aquí encara.
Si tant et molesta, desconvoca tots els jugadors que vulguis i convoca només aquells que siguin teus (ja he vist que n'estas intentant fitxar) o de gent que tu triis; és la teva decisió com a seleccionador. Total, tampoc li estàs donant gens d'importància a l'entusiasme, pots desconvocar sense problema.

Tu si que ets patètic, company.

Tothom està veient la teva gestió de l'entusiasme que realment està sent pèsima. Tenies objectius particulars, et va sortir bé i vas guanyar a Lituània per després passar-te pel seu fòrum a treure pit i riure. Tot per afavorir Israel, el teu país.

A partir d'aquí t'has reventat la possibilitat de poder guanyar Suècia i segurament tampoc guanyis a Albània, dos victòries és que factibles.

Abans de criticar els demés mira com estàs gestionant els partits, no hi ha dubte que no estàs fent el millor per la selecció, més enllà de si hi ha jugadors que estan en bona forma o no.

Mira, jo ahir per voler incrementar les possibilitats de victòria en un futur doncs va caure una derrota contra un rival a priori inferior fora del seu país. Em va fer molta ràbia, però me la menjo i aprenc pel futur.

En definitiva, que no has volgut el millor per Andorra ni la millor selecció (està morta d'entusiasme) i sí per Israel. Jugar MOT el primer partit contra un rival indirecte és com donar-se un tret als dos peus i a una mà. A partir d'aquí no atorguis tota la culpa als mànagers i les formes dels seus jugadors. La gestió de l'entusiasme a nivell de selecció nacional és primordial.

From my point of view and what I see, and not only by me,
It's a frustrated coach who doesn't stop saying how the election for the u21 Andorra's coach were "stolen ,"and does what he can to hurt the team.
Along with another coach which is completely absurd, who still time after time keep saying that he do it on purpose. It is his right to give his players as many minutes as he sees, but the situation that this coach does everything to damage and harm the players game shape and just for damage the u21 team, and to keep loyalty to the previous coach sounds delusional and unprecedented. And I've been playing the game for a long time….
Do as you wish, and be sure that Ill do the same. You can see that the players of the coach we talked about have not played and probably your players too if they will be in bad shape. And if a coach does everything in his power to hurt the team, his players will not play even if it means that we lose the rest of the games, and that we play with 20-year-olds.

If we refer to the professional side only,
We would have beaten Sweden and Albania as well if the whole team was in good enough game shape.

Et suggereixo que deixis d'insinuar que jo o un mànager andorrà estem fent trampes, ja que s'ha demostrat 100% que no és així i n'està totalment prohibit parlat de trampes als Fòrums.
Un missatge més amb aquets to i et reportaré. Més que possiblement t'apliquin un ban de 15 dies i una multa, si no et salva el teu amic abans...

Si, aquestes eleccions han estat manipulades i ja s'ha demostrat (li pots demanar al teu amic Alonso que segueixi filtrant informació del Fòrum de GMs i BBs i veuràs com tinc raó), tot i que també tinc força seguretat en que no ets tu la persona que hi ha darrera d'aquests 4 equips nous; simplement ha sigut un altre grupet de mànagers (que casualment no s'han passat pel Fòrum aquestes eleccions), que simplement han votat algú que no fos jo. Per tant has estat el mal necessari i et tocarà menjar molta merda.

Sort al següent partit. A veure si ets capaç de jugar en relaxat d'una vegada, tot i que sabent com actues, el més normal
és que juguis mot per intentar arribar a Israel sense entusiasme i donar-los-hi un sac d'average.
