The chance to have a National Team consisting entirely of players with potential 11 must have all nations!

By todays distribution of talent, no national team can have only potential 11 players, since it is completely normal for big nations to have one or none such draftee in a given season. They are "one in 1000 or more" players, and I hope it will remain this way.

And rookies are distributed equally -percentage wise. Smaller nations are just...smaller.

Utopia has 1500 teams, if you want to even the amount of HoF+ players for all 98 nations, a huge percentage of Utopia draftees would have to be HoF.

While this may be a "fair draft" when it comes to national teams, it would not be fair when looking at a club level if I understand this correctly. If every nation is getting the same amount of rookies with 10 or 11 potential then those nations with a small amount of users are almost guaranteed to draft a 10 or 11 player in every draft, giving them a massive advantage on their club team.

I think having more users should be an advantage for a national team (I know that is easy to say as a USA user), but if you have more users you should have more good players to pick from and this encourages individual nations to grow their BB community (though I recognize that is much easier for some countries than others). However, I don't see why we should try and give 50 users the equal shot at a gold as 1200 users.

The two largest nations, Italy and Spain, receive only 2 19-year-old legends. It smells like justice))

The USA had a luckiest draft we have ever had but looking at the overall data, Belgium and Australia had just as many ATG draftees in D.I - D.IV, they just couldn't retain as many of them because the USA has many more managers so not as many went to bots.
