Hello everyone,

I am running for the position of Japan National Team coach.

I have been playing BuzzerBeater since 2018 and have gained experience both as a national team coach and as a member of international coaching staffs. I have coached the Swiss U21 and Morocco U21 teams, while also serving on the coaching staffs of the France NT and Canada U21. These experiences have helped me develop a strong tactical understanding of the game and a solid knowledge of player development, both for clubs and national teams.

Last season, I was less active than usual. I had to sell a player I had been training since I drafted him with the goal of one day reaching the French NT. It was a decision I had to make and combined with a busy personal schedule, it caused me to step away from the game for the past season.

Today, my motivation is back and taking charge of the Japanese NT would be the perfect opportunity for me to fully commit to BuzzerBeater again.

Before submitting my candidacy, I spoke with your former NT coach, Fulek in the last election, he explained that Japan is going through a generational gap so I am fully aware of the situation. My goal will be to get the best possible results with the current roster while also helping prepare the next generation and I will work closely with the U21 coach to ensure a smooth transition between generations to build a stronger and more competitive team for the future.

If elected, I will be active and available, maintain good communication with Japanese managers, prepare every game with the seriousness and dedication it deserves and build a consistent long-term project.
I also plan to post a short match report after every game to keep the community informed and encourage more interest in following the National Team.

I am not applying just to fill the position. I am applying because I want to invest my time, experience and motivation into helping Japan achieve the best results possible.

このたび、日本代表ヘッドコーチに立候補することを決めました。

私は2018年からBuzzerBeaterをプレイしており、代表監督や各国代表スタッフとして経験を積んできました。これまでにスイスU21代表とモロッコU21代表の監督を務め、さらにフランス代表とカナダU21代表のスタッフとしても活動してきました。これらの経験を通じて、戦術面だけでなく、クラブと代表の両方の視点から選手育成についても多くを学びました。

前シーズンは、普段よりゲームへの参加が少なくなっていました。ドラフトした頃からフランス代表入りを目標に育成してきた選手を、やむを得ない事情で売却しなければならず、さらに私生活も忙しかったため、一時的にゲームから少し離れていました。

しかし現在はモチベーションを取り戻しており、日本代表を率いることが、再びBuzzerBeaterに全力で取り組む最高の機会だと考えています。

立候補する前に、前代表監督のFulekさんと話す機会があり、日本代表は現在世代交代の時期を迎えていると伺いました。その状況は十分理解しています。私の目標は、現在の戦力で最大限の結果を目指すと同時に、U21代表監督と密接に連携しながら次世代を育成し、将来より強く競争力のある日本代表を築くことです。

選出していただけた場合は、積極的に活動し、日本のマネージャーの皆さんとのコミュニケーションを大切にし、一試合一試合を真剣に準備するとともに、長期的な視点で一貫したプロジェクトを進めていきます。また、毎試合後には簡単な試合レポートを投稿し、代表チームの情報を共有しながら、より多くの皆さんに応援していただける環境を作りたいと考えています。

私は単に役職に就くために立候補しているわけではありません。自分の時間、経験、そして情熱を日本代表のために注ぎ込み、チームが最高の結果を残せるよう全力を尽くしたいと考えています。

私は、日本代表（シニア）のヘッドコーチ職に立候補いたします。

自己紹介：私はこれまで数シーズンにわたり、アルゼンチン代表の体制の一員として、選手の育成計画の策定、有望な若手選手のスカウト、戦術の決定などに携わってきました。私の専門分野は選手の長期的な育成であり、各選手の成長を最大化するために、所属チームの監督と連携してトレーニング計画を調整することを得意としています。

日本を選んだ理由：日本代表には真のポテンシャルがあると感じ、応募を決めました。現在、チームが世代交代の時期にあることは承知していますが、明確な計画を持ってゼロからチームを構築していくことこそ、私が最もやりがいを感じる挑戦です。また、私は以前から日本という国が大好きであり、日本のコミュニティの皆さんと共に仕事ができることを大変楽しみにしています。

私の提案：

長期的な育成：高いポテンシャルを持つ若手選手を見極め、所属チームの監督と直接連携してトレーニングを調整します。
円滑な世代交代：U-21代表のヘッドコーチと連携し、世代交代がチームの強化につながるようにします。
即戦力としての競争：次世代の育成を進めつつ、現時点で最高のメンバーを招集し、すべての試合に向けて真剣に取り組みます。
日々の活動：私は毎日ゲームにログインし活動しています。日本の監督の皆さんと常にコミュニケーションを取り、招集や試合結果に関する情報を共有するほか、注目すべき選手に関する提案も積極的に受け入れます。

単に空席を埋めるためではなく、このプロジェクトに時間と労力を惜しみなく注ぐ覚悟で応募いたします。
