Retirement

Toronto - On Friday morning Canadian NT manager RiP confirmed at a press conference that he will be stepping down from his role as manager of the team. This news comes as little surprise to followers of the team who have speculated for months that RiP seemed to be losing motivation to effectively run things.

Standing at the podium and facing out towards a hoard of reporters, a teary eyed Rip had this to say, " I've been the manager of the Canadian NT for the past six seasons and now it's time for someone else to take up the reigns. Throughout my term there have been some good times and some bad times, some glorious wins and some infuriating losses, but the one constant that always remained present was that the job was both fun and challenging. I'd like to thank everyone in the Canadian community that contributed to the team; whether it was training the players, helping with scouting or just commenting on tactics, it was much appreciated. Going forward I hope to continue my involvement with the NT from the sideline and I wish the best of luck to whoever it is that will be taking my place. Go Canada Go!"

Thanks for putting the time and effort in for six seasons! Since I've been following the team I think you've been doing a great job and fell prey to some god awful luck.

Are you going to stop playing BB, or just going to stop doing the NT?
