I didn't allow garbage time, but the starting players didn't come on in the last quarter.

I don't recall any official post that this has been implemented yet in competitive/scrimmages outwith private leagues where it was being trialed.

I can see that when we set the lineups there is a part where it talks about garbage time but it is probably not active so the instructions set are not being acted upon.

I for one will be looking out for the next news update to see what it says about this.

You're probably right and it's not functional yet. But then I don't understand why the option is there if it's not functional.

Tonight my starter played 21 minutes and my backup played 27 minutes. My starter only had one foul and did not get hurt and I had garbage time turned off. How is this possible? How am I supposed to achieve the right minutes for training purposes if the game is going to ignore my lineup settings?

For Private Leagues is working since last season, and it works well.

But what I've discovered is that it only works via website. If you click to not allow garbage time, and then change anything from the app, that tick is erased so garbage time is allowed.

I hope they implement also on the app, because it is really annoying.

Also, remove garbage time on BBM. It is a competition that it goes on points difference, and if you are winning a game and need to win by more points, seeing your starters to sit and the rival cuts 10-15 points in the 4Q because of that, it can cause chaos on your final standings.

I am starting to have issues with it too, I am doing Pickup games without allowing garbage time but still getting all 4Q bench unit minutes in games solved.

We are having lot's of issues with the garbage time switch and they will all have to be fixed all at once, but it will take time. It is on our list of things to fix.

This feature doesn't work properly. My starters played only 30 min in my scrimmage match.
This ruined my training plan. This is one of the most urgent bugs I think. Because you are not able to use it if it is not working. It ruins peoples training plans because they trust the system. It is better to remove it if it is not working.
