Hello.

Is there something wrong with draft and scouting? I spent a lot of scouting points to scout and interview players. I found three 18 year old players, two were A potential, one was an A+ potential, placed them on top and I submitted the draft order.

Today, I received the following players.

18 year old, starter potential
19 year old, allstar potential
18 year old, superstar potential


All previous seasons, I was receiving exactly the ages I had chosen. I never received a 19 year old over an 18 year old I had selected. Also, I never before chose an A potential player who ended up having a starter potential.

Anybody facing same problem with me?

The only time you are guaranteed a pick is if you have the first pick in the draft

What you are doing is setting up a preference list.

Last season you were picking 15th. You got the players you had chosen as your 3rd, 4th and 20th preference

The only way you would get your top 3 picks is if no one else ranked them high, Rather unlikely to happen

Are you saying I have been lucky so far? I mean, I did not previously receive different players than the ones expecting.

How do you know what was my picking rank last season and how do you know what players I got?

Yep. If you go to the link that E.S.P. posted, you'll see that the guys you drafted were your 2nd, 6th and 11th choice

Yep you can access either from your league's menu or though a player's page, where it says "player XXX was pick number Y for team Z in season 72" and you can click this link. In your case the results are at: (https://www.buzzerbeater.com/league/297/draftSummary.aspx)
