How do you train outside skills for big man (OD and PA)? Is playing them on non-PG position efficient enough? At first glance, 80% if playing them at the SF position on offense doesn't sound like a bad deal. When I was first playing BB (from Season 3 to Season 25ish) I don't remember that we had such option. It was OD for PG and that was that. And in the early seasons I think we didn't even had the option to switch their defensive assignment, so it was PG both on offense and defense.

Yeah, it makes sense to go for the training type with max output. Esp in those weeks I play vs superior opponents. But if I play against opponents I feel confident in winning, and if those are TV/rival games, probably getting the 0.8 reduction and a win is the best compromise.
