Regarding the Driving skill, it is stated that "Allows the player to create his own shot without a good pass from a teammate. Better driving creates shots more often and creates better shots".

Does it affect creating a shot for a teammate, or just to himself? Anoter way of saying it: are both Driving and Passing contributing if a shot is created for a teammate?

In an Outside Offensive tactic, is shot distribution mainly based on skill matchups regardless of position, or does it shift toward PG/SG taking more shots than PF/C, with offensive pace determining how large that shift is?

I have a Gym level 3.
This week I was training HN for PG.
Two of my trainees got pops on Jump Range.
Are the Gym training slots allocated for all players individually (one player can get JR, IS and RB; other JR, ID and SB), or they are the same for all players subject to the training (both players get JR, IS and RB)?
