Interesting. At what point is better to have multiple position training then?

This week for example 2 of my 3 trainees landed at 46 minutes at C. But got over 48 minutes if you include their time at PF. So would it then make sense to train Inside D for PF/C with them at 48+ or keep the training as just Inside D for Centers with them getting 46?

I assume single position training at 46 is better. But what if it was 40 single position vs 48+ multiple? Has anyone run this analysis?

Thanks Lynx. I didn't know tall guys get training at passing at the same rate (ceteris paribus) than shorties.

Not sure I understand your last comment. Without considering elastics, the training speed is determined by (training coef) x (age coef) x (height coef), all of them being fixed values. So the second table is relevant irrespective of height or training type, or did I miss something?

Also, if I'm not mistaken your GM tag is brand new, right? If so, congrats! It's well deserved.

I'm suspicious about those coefficients. But they are taken from the JK's CP spreadsheets so...
