And after fans start trusting to buy those expensive jerseys, the player will be in transfer list. Let's burn the jerseys. I understand u just explaining how it works in BB but there should be changes to make it more realistic. Kyrie went to Mavs, I don't think fans going to wait until he has played half season to buy the merchandise, even he's probably gone very soon.
There should be at least 50% merchandise income meanwhile he has been in the team long enough to get 100% of the real sales 😀

It's often difficult to make the right changes for everyone, but you can try and drop this in the suggestion forum. There's always room for improvement. Just don't forget to be grateful, because there are plenty of great changes as well.

I proposed , in the past, an incremental % after each games, until the player got 100% after half games played.

Well if they hit 15 league games with the previous team I think they'll continue to earn merch because they're locked in on the ranking boards. Not too sure tho.

That said, I wonder if a player who played 9 games in the old team and 6 games with the new team, would he still be eligible for the world leaderboard rankings? Would feel odd if they just drop em off.

So it is bb normal lol

I mean can u imagine in any league, even in the nba some dude puts 37 pts per game during 10 games and fans really don't like him yet to sell few of his jerseys. Even that my team is last means other players are trash.

Merch store and Arena Design are the two most lazy and stupid features we have in the game. Absolute garbage. One time investment for a fixed amount income for eternity. While everything else in the game is balanced around team performance and thoughtful roster construction, we have these low IQ features doing nothing but damage to the competitive spirit of the game. You are guaranteed to get the money, no mater if you are a champion in NBAA or relegated to division 5. The devs should get rid of them.

I'm fine with it. Our small BB nation enabled me to get to Level 3 Merchandise Store in no time. My Arena is close to the 21500 seats and I will be very soon with Arena Designer at max level. I also have level 3 Gym and Level 1 Training Court. All this for only 2.5 seasons. And I also had the luxury to hire $100k/week for Staff since Day 1. Div.4 teams in large nations will have to play many many many many seasons to come close to my infrastructure. Provided they don't quit after playing 5 seasons
