It is an very raw idea,but intrdouce some mechanism of solidarity payments to teams which retain own their drafted players from a certian amount of potenial(let's say MVP give or take areas,could be one level below or one level above ball park areas) would be a good incentive for lower leagues teams to retain and train by themselfs talent and avoid extreme "Draft&Sell" situations(they can still do it if they will) scenarios.

Theoreticlly speaking,let's say the player "Mr.Worldwide Meme" from "Buzzerbeater" team drafted in the next season,stayed for around 4 seasons but unfourtanely did not fullied his full celling,sold for another 5 times in his career and from each time they get up to 100,000 per player from solidarity payments(None if he drafted and sold at his rookie season,25,000$ if he sold at his second constructive season,50,000 if he sold at the third year,and the 100,000$ of the fourth season would be payed from buzzerbeater,not the purchasing team).

Good afternoon, I have two suggestions, one minor and one major.

Minor:
Update the All-Star game. For years now, we've only seen the final score, not the points per quarter like in a regular game.

Major:
Changes to the national teams. I've also noticed that the effort is concentrated in the early years of youth development, and when players leave the U-21 level, they lose their training rhythm because at 22, it's almost impossible for them to make the national team. The national teams have players aged 34 or older with very high salaries and irreplaceable players, and developing this new generation of stars requires a sacrifice from clubs that most are unwilling to make.

Yep, a sort of B national side sounds, in theory, appealing.
Way too many "great" (young/promising) players discarded... would also, supposedly, involve/generate more relevant players, games and bring more managers and "general" flow, in principle, at least.

I do belive to allow to Intrdouce a forgien players restrections(by a joint leagues choice if a certian nation want to do so(lets look at the Spanish ABA,Israel Basketball premier league,Serie A,all of them have some form of Fgn players regulation or at least HG quota). In a structure of:All Div.1 human players,all Div.2 Human players,selected active teams from leagues 3&4 leagues if those exist in that parcticular nation and they have to at least play few seasons at BB)

Major 1:
Make a "Buy now" button like on Ebay. For some players bids can be unpleasant. I know autobid is here but maybe also having a "buy now" button with the desired money from the seller would be nice.

Major 2:
Also please consider to speed up the game. Maybe even in one day we could have a full week of games. It is really slow for current times.

I think both of these aspects are here by design that make the game a little slower. As a the BB community ages, real-life responsibilities are taking over and not everybody can log in so frequently to look for new players on the transfer list to "buy them now" or set a new tactic for a different opponent (perhaps after careful analysis of their pervious games) every day. By design, BB is a slow game that you can enjoy over a longer time and not get your fill of the matches until the matchdays are nothing special anymore within a couple of days.

The good thing is that with private leagues and pickup games you can increase the number of games you can play within a week, though without any effects of the injuries, economy, etc. Maybe the new BB will have something new as well, such as different tournaments and ladder matches in Hattrick if you're a supporter.

Alright, but that can be fixed with an automatic check and warning on the average price for similar (previously sold) players? Or even an initial range gate when the seller picks the price

I don’t agree on this one. Right now 4 seasons is a full 1 year right? Or even more. You can’t even finish your arena, have good trainers or buy good players to go up in 2-3 solar years. Which is an outdated mechanic I’d say.

I would say it is more about user experience and life obstacles that prevent you to log when needed. The autobid is nice but doesn’t solve the issue imhop
