BTW: Although it is used a lot "Holland" is incorrect. Those are just two provinces from The Netherlands.

if you manage to finish 22-0, even if you lose your first game in the playoffs, you will be promoted (I think).

yeah, and there are a lot of top tier managers in this division, and a fair few from league II.

We seem to be mostly European. I guess that might be something to do with the time the switch was flipped.

Which makes you wonder what time it was in Hong Kong, Chile and the USA.
