Hello! Training is one of the most fun parts about BB in my opinion, but as for what to train, a lot of that depends on your trainees and what type of players you want to build. Here is a quick training guide that I think would be helpful! I would find a couple of 7-9 potential 18 year olds if you don’t already have some and then hit 1v1 G or 1v1 F personally, but there’s lots of options.

Jarkko Huomo and Jaakko Pietilä both look like decent big man trainees. I can't see their exact skills obviously, but you might have a few guys on your roster already that are trainable.

I messed up my weekly rotation and I planned a Training for my PF Position, He is 25 years old but I forgot to changed my rotations for this week so now in this week he have 111 minutes? Is that still good for the weekly training or it will not do anything since it's over the suggested training minutes?

more minutes is fine for training. He needs 48 minutes a week on the position you want to train him in league games and/or cup games/friendly games.

If he plays longer than 48 minutes he will still receive full training it just won't add anything extra.

However you will probably see a drop in game shape because of his high minutes. Which will make him perform less good in the coming week(s).

But for training it is fine. Although you could have played someone else in that time and trained more players. But for his training it's not a problem.

Yeah that's where I messed up, My plan was to have 2 players in PF for their training but forgot to change my rotations. I'll double check my rotations next week.

BTW Tnx for the replies.

48 minutes is not a sugestion, 48 minutes is a requirement. If you train more than the required minutes, your player will get full training (but playing too many minutes harm the player's game shape). If you train less than the required minutes, the player won't receive full training for that week (the training received will be more or less proportional to the minutes played in in the position).

Just be aware that training old players is a painfully slow process and thus it is not recommended (unless the old player has high skills already)
