Press Announcements

Let's keep it real!

After a disappointing season, we are changing the course of the franchise. We are now entering an era of rebuilding. We have to keep it real for the fans, we are currently nowhere near where we want to be. Even if we might manage to end up in the finals of this division, there is no chance of beating DVN. After being stuck in the first round of the play-offs for three straight years, we must change things. This is like the Eastern Conference in the NBA, it's fools gold. Yes we can make the play-offs time and again, but we're nowhere near were we want to be.

So fans, keep faith and pray for better days. The next season the only thing that's important is the progress of Cedric Boissevain and Pierre Armendariz. They will have to improve as they are the only players capable of playing at the highest level in the future. We might relegate, but that doesn't matter. The only games that are important next season are the cup-games, because we have to create revenue. Let's finish low and try to have a good draft for a change.

With respect to our objectives, we will salute a few players who have been with the franchise for a while but are on their way out. 'Nique Dahlhaus, Olly Horsting and that Lithuanian guy (without playing even a minute). More players might follow.
