I'm all for this idea!

For users like Big Njord, it could be optional. There could be an option on Training page to train all 3 games the same training, or to choose different training each game. To make it a bit harder, there could be a rule that people who choose different training NEED to set 3 different trainings, not 2+1 or even 3+0. If you decide to train different things that week, it needs to be 1+1+1. That's just a suggestion, but it could be a good compromise.

I personally would enjoy the game a lot more if I could train guards and centers simultanously. It could even encourage more people to try a homegrown build.

I have a homegrown team with 12 of my own trainees. I trained every one of them.

I think you misunderstood what I said. I said this change could be optional. For users who like current training, they could choose to keep it. For the rest of us, we could use different training every game. You could change this option every week between training and first game of the week. That's just a suggestion, of course. I would be more than happy if we could just choose what type of training we could have for every individual game.

That's not harder comparin to what we have now.

In my opinion the problem which needs to be solved is that, the way it is now, you don't have much options regarding how to train... at least at high levels.
You pick 5-6 youngsters, train 2 season of 1vs1 which is way better than the alternatives, train primaries skills, train secondary skills, maybe push his primaries to the cap... then repeat the whole process. The other option is, for those who have money to spare, don't even bother training.
Probably this is enough for the average player. But i'd like to mix it more. Like if I draft a good player, I don't like to be forced to sell other trainees and go for only youngsters, or be forced to sell the draftee.
A system like the one Brambauti suggested, if well implemented would be beneficial to players like me while not hurting those who prefer to train the "traditional way". Of course "well implemented" is the key here.

I like the idea of having different Training Difficulties we can choose from like we have when setting our Line ups/Tactics:

Tactics Complexity:
Rookie -- Veteran -- AllStar

How about doing the same with the Training to those who would like to stick the old way... in the Long term or short term can do it... and also they can see the new/upcoming Training Setup pages too and they can test it in any week they want. Let's not change the old system but just add some alternatives and leave some space for future improvements.

I like this suggestion. And I like it for only one reason: It reduces the need for tanking in order to train.

As it is now, if you train one 18 yo player, you are forced to train him 1vs1. And if you train 1vs1, you are forced to have all very young trainees (18/19 maybe 20 y.o.) because there is little use in 1vs1 training for older players. And if you train very young players in every game, you cannot compete. So you are forced to tank.

With this suggestion, you could train a couple of 18/19 y.o players on Wednesday and train older players in league games, which would allow you to compete.

This is an important thing, because tanking is a big cancer for the game.

I think it is a great suggestion, one of the best so far. If it is difficult to code, then maybe you should do what Bro_khen quoted

Or they can abolish requiring a player to play a Position based on the Week's Training session...

and just add additional Dropdown Boxes where we can choose a number of players based on the Training season...

and the players listed as Trainees will just need 45 minutes to have 100% Trainig efficiency.

I like training as it is today. The difficulties imposed by the training system make the game more challenging and force us to think in search of solutions. For the game to remain interesting, it must be difficult to train the "perfect player" and even more difficult to train 2 or 3 players at the same time
