Actually a great training facility
Sports psychologists is a must if you want to compete properly. It helps with game shape.

Also youth trainer if you train 18 ir 19 year olds is nescessary.

Other than that they're pretty much for D1 rich teams only

For new teams I think most people would recommend a doctor, trainer (if you have trainees) and a youth trainer (if you have 18-19 year old trainees).

Prices vary depending on various factors, but here is a rough suggestion as to prices you might pay:

* An advanced (level 4) doctor. Signing fee close to $0, weekly salary around $12k or lower.
* An advanced (level 4) trainer. Signing fee up to $50k (if you search well you may find cheaper), weekly salary around $15k or lower.
* An advanced (level 4) youth trainer. Signing fee close to $0, weekly salary around $12k or lower.

Some also recommend a basic (level 2) PR manager with a speciality, as the speciality gives your home or away performance a very small boost. You can get one for close to $0 signing fee and $5k weekly wage.

A Sports Psychologist may be useful for teams at the higher levels, but is unnecessary for a new team in it's first few seasons.

A Nutritionist is rarely used unless there is a specific need, it's possible you may never hire one.

I'm not sure a new team would need a level 4 doctor. a couple injuries on a new team is unlikely to be a big setback while the 10k+ salary could be used somewhere else. personally I would say a level 2 doc with massage or even the basic lvl 1 doc would be acceptable until the team starts competing for serious promotion

Yeah I probably agree, I had a level 1 doctor on my Utopia team for the first couple of seasons. I guess I didn't want to stray too far from the conventional advice.

Imho, just a level 4 trainer for a few seasons. Then a level 2 doc with spe massage could be a nice improvement when you'll try to get more competitive.

Your first goal is to build strong weekly income and a decent roster + some 18 yo trainees. Upgrade regularly your arena for more income, mainly bleachers and lower tier. The faster you'll improve your arena, the faster your income ( and your team) will improve.

Youth trainers are definitly a waste of money for new teams. 15/20k per week for like +1/3 skills on a whole season, definitly not worth especially when you are not familiar with training optimisation.
